Tutu Patnaik breathes life into stone that can only be called magnificent. A random rock may just be another piece to many but not Tutu Patnaik. Having completed his Bachelors of Fine Art from Banaras University, Patnaik did his Masters from Delhi College of Art. He has been a part of large symposiums in many countries around the world.
